Our Policy
Customer Care
If you are not happy with your shipped plant, please email us and send any appropriate photographs to peterboroughplantmarket@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We cannot issue store credit after 24 hours of the plant being in your care, and offer credit or replacements on plants that suffer severe damage due to shipping.
We have a no return/no exchange policy on plants available for local delivery & pick-up, or purchased from our monthly market; each plant is inspected carefully by our team upon purchase.
