How do I acclimate mail order plants?Your plants just went on a bit of an adventure, which can sometimes be a little stressful! Here are some tips to get them back to living their best lives: -Unbox your plants immediately and pot them into the appropriate soil mixture, and a well draining pot - Give them a small amount of water to start -Place under full spectum lights, or a location that receives bright indirect light in your home, office or shop -Give them some humidity by using a humidifer nearby or bagging them (clear bag or clear container with ventilations holes) -Try not to move them around, touch them or snuggle them (we get it, it's tough not to) -We frequently check our plants for pests and take precautionary measures to prevent them, but cannot guarantee that your plant will be insect free. We highly recommend quarantining new plants away from you collection for a minimum of 3 weeks to prevent the possible spread of sap sucking-nightmare bugs.
